BAD-BIKE are covered by warranty for 7 years as follows:

1) Frame – 7 years in case of natural damage.

2) Batteries – 2 years as follows: Full coverage for the first 12 months, coverage of 50% of the cost from the 13th month up to the 16th , coverage of 30% of cost from 17th month up to the 20th , coverage of 15% of the cost from the 21th month up to the 24th . Electric parts: Control unit, Display, P.A.S, Motor, Battery Charger – for 2 years from the purchase. It being understood that there is not any contact with the water. This condition provides for the loss of the warranty. The battery charger also is covered by warranty for 24 months from the purchase. We recommend keeping it in a dry and ventilated place far away from electric sources. It is not covered by warranty in a case of electric surges.

For Bad Original: 2 years as follows: Full coverage for the first 12 months, coverage of 30% of the cost from the 13th month up to the 18th , coverage of 15% of cost from 19th month up to the 24th.

3) Mechanical parts – for 2 years from the purchase of pedals, steering, seat, breake levers etc. It being understood that there is not any irregular use of the bike.

The warranty does not cover all the consumer parts – Disks, brake pads, tires and rims of the wheel.

MIG has a warranty of 2 years in the following ways:

1) Frame – 2 years in case of natural breakage.

2) Batteries – 2 years according to the following ways: full coverage for the first twelve months, coverage of 50% of the price from the 13th to the 16th month, coverage of 30% of the price from the 17th to the 20th month, coverage of the 15th % of the price from the 21st month up to the 24th.

3) Electrical parts: Control unit, Display, Motor, Battery charger – 2 years from purchase. contact with water is causes the loss of the warranty. – The charger is also guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase, we recommend that you keep it in a dry, ventilated and away from heat sources. It is not covered by warranty in case of electrical overvoltages.

4) Mechanical parts – 2 years from purchase on steering, leverage, etc. Provided that no improper use of the escooter is found. All the using parts – discs, tablets, tires – are excluded from the warranty.

The warranty does not cover all the consumer parts – Disks, brake pads, tires and rims of the wheel.
